wonderful and very meditative.

I came to a class a couple months ago with very little previous experience and everyone was very welcoming. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and work hard to help everyone practice in a way that works for them. The space is wonderful and very meditative. There is a variety of class styles available, and all are clearly marked for their level of difficulty on the website.

Love, Love, Love...

Love, love, love this place! Unlike any yoga studio ive experienced. The space is warm and inviting with twinkle lights, exposed brick, and beautiful art. The instructors are so kind and open and they make it so welcoming for newcomers and yoga newbies. I love how they incorporate opportunities to learn about the origins of yoga with introductory series of classes. Also, my husband and I have both been working through injuries and the instructors have been so helpful ...

Funny, self deprecating

I love starting my Saturday's with yoga at Common Bond. Chris is a great yoga instructor. Funny, self depreciating, caring and accommodating to everyone's needs. Always a wonderful class.

great central location
